ICA Miami presents Closed Eye: Dara Friedman Film Screenings and Lecture

Thursday, March 21st from 7-10pm experience Closed Eye: Dara Friedman Film Screenings and Lecture at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami (ICA Miami). Artist and filmmaker Dara Friedman will screen and unpack her most recent films Ishmael and the Well of Ancient Mysteries and L☿️ver.
Ishmael and the Well of Ancient Mysteries (2014) is currently on view at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan in the “When the Land Speaks” series. L☿️ver (2018), presented for the first time in Miami, was recently installed at Galleria Franco Noero in Turin, Italy from October 30, 2018 to February 17, 2019.
