Cultural Advocates Select 10 Artists To Promote Love Of West Palm Beach
Four South Florida cultural advocates come together to establish the first ‘I Love West Palm Beach Exhibition‘ on February 16, 2018 at The Box Gallery. Join us when the ten professional artists selected by jury will come together to share their art and love for West Palm Beach at The Box Gallery located at 811 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach, Florida 33405.
Rolando Chang Barrero, curator of The Box Gallery, is excited about this new showcase that brought together three other high profile art and culture advocates to assist in choosing the work for the first “I Love West Palm Beach Exhibition”. When Rolando shared the idea for the exhibition with Aaron Wormus, the one-man founder, content creator and marketing savant behind A Guy on Clematis, the most popular West Palm Beach-based Twitter and blog, they both knew they were on to something exciting.
Soon Raphael Clemente, Executive Director of the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, was contacted. Raphael was thrilled to be a part of the project and served as juror. Katerina Wagner, publisher of Miami Art Scene and full time arts promoter, took wind of the project and enthusiastically joined the trio making it a well rounded powerhouse project to promote the love of a the City of West Palm Beach.
The first I Love West Palm Beach Exhibition will feature the work of ten Palm Beach Country artists: Andrew Hollimon, Caitlin Brown, Carla Trivino, Deborah Neuhaus, Jeffrey Wiener, Jessica Alvarez, Juan Carlos Badia Cabero, Kathleen R.
