Bakehouse Art Complex: Another Beautiful Day in Miami

Wednesday, April 17th from 6:30 – 10:30pm Bakehouse Art Complex + The Gallery Club Amsterdam present Another Beautiful Day in Miami (Title of Poem by Campbell McGrath), an exhibition featuring photography by Maritza Caneca, Gabriela Gamboa, Jacqueline Gomez and Adler Guerrier, curated by The Gallery Club. Guests will enjoy an intimate three-course Dinner + Curated Conversation with Artists at the Bakehouse Art Complex, moderated by The Gallery Club’s, Gili Crouwel, and tunes by Jazzfunked. Bakehouse Art Complex, in collaboration with The Gallery Club, a non-profit foundation for photography based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, have joined forces to present a photography exhibition in the Swenson Gallery. The Gallery Club chose works from four Bakehouse artists: Maritza Caneca, Gabriela Gamboa, Jacqueline Gomez, and Adler Guerrier. Combined, the curated works comprise the new exhibition Another Beautiful Day in Miami. The title is inspired by Miami-based poet Campbell McGrath’s poem, which not only reflects the spirit of the works and optimism of the organization as it forges its future, but also the relationship of The Gallery Club with Miami.
