de la Cruz Collection Summer Workshop: Collage Workshop with Gustavo Oviedo

Thursday, July 28th, Friday, July 29th & Saturday, July 30th; a 3-Day Workshop from 11am-4pm at the de la Cruz Collection. Artist Gustavo Oviedo will engage students in a vinyl ‘Collage Workshop,” to create meta displays using techniques that consider the study of color, form, rendering, and installation. The workshop will also introduce participants to art history as they discuss the works of artists such as Matisse, Picasso, Frank Stella and Joan Miro. Students will participate in individual and collaborative methods of production to achieve concepts and produce their final projects.
