Monday, January 23rd from 10am – 4pm immerse yourself in the work of Leandro Erlich at Pérez Art Museum Miami, whose participatory art propels the viewer into the border between the everyday and the uncanny. In partnership with O, Miami, PAMM welcomes you to participate in an immersive workshop that creates a bridge between the visual arts and poetry. Experience an inquiry-driven tour of Liminal, engage in a poetry-writing workshop inspired by Erlich’s work, and conclude with an artmaking activity you can take back to your classroom (no experience necessary!).
This session highlights the intersection between visual arts and English language arts but is open to all interested K-12 educators.
M-DCPS teachers should register via Frontline to receive Master Plan Points.
Open to K-12 educators in all subject areas. Maximum Participants: 45 M-DCPS PD Credits: 7. REGISTER HERE.
