Saturday, January 20th from 2 – 4pm join Bakehouse artists at The Underline every third Saturday of the month for a day of exploration and learning. This month, celebrate the season with hands-on, art-making activities about beginning the new year, reflecting on 2023, and celebrating Miami history!
This event is free to the public, but RSVP is encouraged.

Unleash your inner artist with the Easy Squeegee painting activity, led by artist Carolina Casusol. Transform a blank canvas into a vibrant Miami-inspired cityscape using colorful paint and squeegees.
With wooden figurines, paint, and a bit of creativity, artist Gabriela García D’Alta will help you design mini models of your favorite people, animals, superheroes, and anything else imaginable.
Join artist Lauren Shapiro in creating unique paper puppets on sticks, representing various elements that symbolize Miami and the milestones of the last year.
Explore the art of collage-making with artist Gabriela Gamboa, who will show you how to create collages based on time, new beginnings, and Miami history.
Design and create your very own buttons, guided by artist Shawna Moulton. Wear your designs as you explore each Bakehouse art-making station this Family Day!
