Friday, January 26th from 7 – 10pm experience JAZZ at MOCA featuring TWYN. The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami (MOCA) presents a night of experimental jazz on MOCA’s Plaza as Jazz at MOCA presents: TWYN. This Event is FREE & Open to the Public / REGISTER HERE.
Experimental duo TWYN creates a sound that is both vintage and modern, stretching across indie-electronica, breakbeat, hip-hop, and funk. TWYN’s music allows them to improvise and experiment in the moment. Based in Miami, keyboardist Jason Matthews and drummer/singer Aaron Glueckauf have worked together for over seven years, producing and performing for their own projects (Electric Kif, The Politix and Lemon City Trio) while touring internationally with Cuban songstress Danay Suarez and prodigy guitarist Matt Schofield.
Seating starts at 7pm. Concert starts at 8pm.
