Wednesday, February 7th, from 7-9pm join us at the Little Haiti Cultural Center to experience a new conversation series presented by Locust Projects and ArtCenter/South Florida called Talks. Nato Thompson, Artistic Director of Philadelphia Contemporary, Former Artistic Director of Creative Time. Thompson recently joined Philadelphia Contemporary, which brings visual, performance art and spoken word to the city. Previously, he worked at the public art organization Creative Time, where he organized its annual summit at the intersection of art and politics. He has written two books of cultural criticism including “Culture as Weapon: The Art of Influence in Everyday Life,” published in January 2017. RSVP here.
