Locust Roundtables: Common Field

Tuesday, August 23rd from 7-8:30pm enjoy Locust Roundtables at Locust Projects, an ongoing series of open discussion on topics in contemporary art proposed and moderated by members of the art community in Miami and beyond. Gentrification and Sustaining Neighborhoods: If you are engaged in the art world, you have probably witnessed, and contributed to, gentrification in some form. In anticipation of the Common Field Miami Convening in October, where this topic will be discussed from a local and national perspective, we invite you to engage with an invited group of speakers with various experiences of, and stances on, gentrification and sustaining neighborhoods. Panelists include: Germane Barnes, Brook Dorsch, Naomi Fisher, Michelle Polissaint, Eddie Arroyo, Leyden Rodriguez-Casanova.
