NSU Art Museum presents Art Roundtable: Marielle Plaisir

Tuesday, January 17th from 12-1pm join us at NSU Art Museum for Art Roundtable: Marielle Plaisir. Enjoy a lunchtime discussion with multi-media artist Marielle Plaisir, who combines painting, drawing and performance to present highly visual experiences. Born in France, Plaisir grew up in Guadalupe and since 2000, has investigated the notion of identity from a Caribbean viewpoint.  Since 2011, Plaisir’s work has explored concepts of domination, prejudice and political power.
