NSU Performance Piece: #SorryNotSorry by Allison Bolah

Saturday, April 8th from 2-5pm the public is invited to participate in #SORRYNOTSORRY at NSU Art Museum, an interactive performance piece by conceptual artist Allison Bolah. Informed by the act of game play, #SORRYNOTSORRY is Bolah’s second performance work presented at NSU Art Museum. In her interdisciplinary practice, she has created installations that document the ways gesture and language are shaped into specific narratives. With a focus on the human drive to build complete narratives out of tiny bits of information, she aims to draw awareness to reliance on absent information and non-verbal communication in creating and understanding narratives.
