Oolite Arts presents Home Style: Idioms and Taxonomies

Wednesday, August 5th from 6-7pm join Oolite Arts for Home Style, an intimate, online conversation exploring the theme of the exhibition ‘Idioms and Taxonomies’ via Facebook Live. The discussion will center around the presence and use of language within works by artists Mark Flueridor, Felice Grodin and AdrienneRose Gionta, Phillip Karp and Nabila Zoraya Santa-Cristo.

Within their works in the show, language isn’t restricted to only a spoken or written dialect, but notions of language are interwoven through medium, histories, process and symbolism. This conversation is moderated by Oolite Arts Director of Programming, Laura Marsh and Programs Manager, Amanda Bradley.
