Saturday, December 7th from 6 – 9pm in celebration of Art Basel Miami, the University of Miami Department of Art and Art History presents New Works, showcasing the artwork of students pursuing their Master of Fine Arts at the University of Miami Gallery located in the Wynwood Building. The exhibition features a diverse range of mediums, including printmaking, ceramics, painting, photography, and more. The exhibition is on view December 2, 2024 – January 17, 2025.
The MFA program is a rigorous 60-credit, three-year curriculum that culminates in a terminal degree, equipping students for careers in the professional studio art world and qualifying them for college teaching positions. This highly competitive program attracts applicants from across the nation and around the globe.
