International visual artist Evi Photopoulos’ upcoming art exhibition ‘Identity & Contemporaneity’
The much anticipated international art installation by Greek artist Evi Photopoulos ‘Identity & Contemporaneity’. The exhibition is curated by Pietro Franesi, the Director of the New York Contemporary Art Biennial and the Dubai Art Biennial. Photopoulos’ opening reception will take place on Thursday, October 1o, 2o13 in Chania on the Greek island of Crete, hosted by The Region of Crete.
The artist currently has a collection of artworks on display at Nina Torres Fine Art Gallery in Miami, Florida and at the Gagliardi Gallery in London, United Kingdom. Photopoulos has an extensive art career spanning over two decades, she has participated in art fairs and art biennials in Greece, London, Rome, Paris, New York, Mexico City, Chicago, Las Vegas and more. She has had a myriad of solo and group exhibits in galleries and museums across the United States, Asia and Europe – her works are held in private collections worldwide.
